What the Wild Woman does when she takes a hit

Life throws shit at us. It's unavoidable. It can really get us down. But we do have the power to choose how we respond. To choose our beliefs and choices. To learn and grow from the situation. To rise from the ashes like the phoenix.

Nothing can prepare us for when life throws us a curly one. It can throw us off track, make us feel low, and make us question ourselves. But our underlying beliefs in our self, our sense of worth, our perspective on what we can learn, can sure help us bounce back. Thrown in with a good dose of somatic practises and creating a supportive self dialogue.

I had two hits in one day earlier this week. I felt off kilter. Questioned my motives. Examined the part I played. Felt quite low. But I have built 12 years worth of conscious personal development, participated in many courses that helped me grow and have built a belief system that supports me.

I did think "What would the Wild Woman do?". The Wild Woman would feel the feelings. Of disappointment, of sadness, of shame, of whatever came up. I lay down - using my usual morning gym session to integrate and sort my feelings under the 40 degree sauna heat.

The Wild Woman would let the emotions move through her like waves. Because e-motion is just Energy in Motion - and we need to feel the feels so the waves can crest and then subside.

The Wild Woman would use music - I played the Wild Woman playlist on repeat and sung along when I felt like it.

The Wild Woman would use somatic movement - I shook my hands vigorously, shaking the stuck emotions through and out of my body.

The Wild Woman would choose her thoughts and perspectives wisely - What can I learn from this? What part did I play? How has the universe supported me by throwing these things my way? How can I move forward in a way that best supports my growth?

The Wild Woman would tap and speak to herself in a loving way - I tap my heart frequently when I want to give her a message that she integrates, I call myself by my favourite nickname and say "it's going to be okay Sachie, you can move through this" like I was speaking to my inner child self at age 7.

These practises and more you will learn in Return of the Wild Woman. They are so powerful for moving through big emotions, big life events, when life sucker punches you.

The Wild Woman learns to integrate the lessons and go higher. She is not perfect, she makes mistakes. She doesn't crumple and hide. She knows her worth. She evolves.

If you are sick of dimming your light.

Playing small.

Taking the hits.

It's time to step into your Wild Woman era ❤️‍🔥

For the woman who's sick of putting herself last.

The woman who wants more joy in her life (otherwise, what's the fu*king point)

Who's ready to step into her worth.

Wants to be more comfortable in her own skin.

Who wants to be more carefree, less cranky nag.

Wants to give less shits, and care less about what others think and more about what she thinks about herself.

Who's ready to feel her power.

Who wants to deeply nourish herself.

Wants to be held in the community of other women.

Ready to release the good polite little girl archetype and start to untame herself.

Ready to step away from the victim and martyr roles that weigh her down.

Who wants to let go of scarcity and appreciate abundance.

Who wants life to feel GOOD.

Who doesn't know where to start with all of this, but feels like there's a new her on the other side.

Step into your Wild Woman era ❤️‍🔥
